RPM are certified a B-Corporation and an independent creative communications agency based in London, who specialise in shopper and field marketing. RPM collaborates with some of the world’s best known and forward-thinking brands, with clients such as Apple, Pepsi, Barclays, Marks and Spencer, E.ON and British Sky Broadcasting. With a relatively new team and first-time managers, Take Effect’s challenge was to equip these new recruits with management and performance coaching skills. The ultimate aim for RPM was to achieve targets including their client’s.

The Solution Provided By Us

  • Collaborated with key decision makers in the creation and design of the Management Training Programme to ensure relevancy and maximum impact.
  • Designed and executed learner centred, brain friendly training solutions.
  • Incorporated and facilitated real-play business simulations, to ensure the transference of new skills from the learning environment into the workplace.
  • Developed one-on-one coaching programmes to support the managers in the transference of the new skills.
  • Delivered Sales Skills Courses on the Art of Selling for RPM’s promotional staff.

Coaching – Additional one-to-one coaching ensured effective embedding of the newly acquired skills and a smooth transition to the workplace. In addition, the review sessions led by Take Effect provided the managers with essential feedback for their ongoing personal development in relation to their management, performance coaching, communication and delegation skills.
